New wxPerts Public SCM

With v25 we are now able to import from one SCM into another SCM. So we have set up a Public SCM where we will share all of our public code and examples.

Here is the connection information for that SCM (note this is a read-only connection so you are able to import our repository/examples into your SCM):

Server: scm.wxperts.com
Database: SCM-wxPublic
Port: 4900
User: wxPublic
Password: wxPublic
